Abstract

Welcoming the ideals of “Golden Indonesia 2045”, the education system is expected to produce individuals with competencies well into the 21st century. This study explores the effectiveness of using Project-Based Learning (PjBL) combined with digital technology as a primary strategy. The methodology applied is a literature review by analyzing various learning theories and trends in educational technology. The research findings indicate that the collaboration between PjBL and technology can improve students' critical thinking, collaboration, and digital literacy skills, which are important foundations for future generations to compete globally. The methodology used is library research by publishing books, scientific journal articles, and documents related to education policy. The research results prove that the combination of project-based learning and technology can create meaningful, contextual, and student-centered learning experiences, and contribute to the development of 21st-century skills. Therefore, this method is highly relevant to be applied in the context of transforming learning towards globally responsive and competitive education.
