Abstract

In the line of process arround the educational cyrcle, mostly many parts of the higher decision maker made some adjustment to get the best outcome for the best result of educational policy. And most of it contains a lot of financial decisions which was sometime load many holes to indicate to the corrupt action. Most of the outcomes came to the arrow of unresponsible audit and it will bring many legal action to troublesome the responsible party. It happened repeteadly and it bring many uncertanty to the system which manage many financial decision on educational system. Many decision makers afraid of being wrong to conduct some inovation and it was a declining situastion which was not proper in the vast spinning world especially in world of education.
